Pregnancy has a way of making you feel everything at once, beautiful and uncomfortable, strong and completely overwhelmed. I get it. And I also know that the women who almost didn't book a session are almost always the ones who cry hardest when they see their gallery. Your bump, your partner's hands on your belly, the quiet in-between moments before everything changes forever, those are worth every single photo. I shoot maternity sessions in studio and out in the mountains of Western North Carolina, and I will be with you every step of the way making sure you feel as good in front of the camera as you look.

You're growing an entire human being. That deserves to be celebrated.

Because that glow should have its own gallery.

Pregnancy is not something to get through. It is something to be IN. The roundness, the glow, the way you catch yourself in the mirror and feel something you didn't expect, that is worth honoring. This season is fleeting in a way that is almost cruel, and the women who show up for their maternity session almost always tell me afterward that they are so glad they did, not because they needed the photos, but because they needed the permission to slow down and actually feel how incredible this moment is.

I will make sure you feel every bit as celebrated in person as you do in your gallery. We will laugh, we will find your light, and I will follow your energy completely whether that means golden hour in the mountains of Asheville or something soft and intimate in studio. Because you are not just expecting a baby. You are becoming someone's whole world. You are in the middle of something that will change you forever. And that deserves a whole lot more than just a few snapshots. That deserves to be celebrated, documented, and remembered exactly the way it feels right now.

Simple Steps, Beautiful Results.

Here's how we'll bring your vision to life together.
Meet me at the agreed upon location during your scheduled time and let's do this thing! I will come with plenty of posing ideas, but if you have any favorite poses of your own, have some screenshots pulled up and ready so we can do our best to recreate them. If you're anything like me, you might feel uncomfortable with a camera pointed at you, but I promise to make your session as painless as possible! In fact - it's a personal goal of mine to make it so you're walking back to your car thinking, "dang, that was such a breeze!".

I'll ask some general questions and request information about timing for your session. This is your opportunity to tell me as much as you'd like about your vision for the session - describing the overall vibe, sending a link to your Pinterest board, attaching pictures of color palettes, etc. Any inspiration you share will make it that much easier for me to recreate the vibe you're going for. Once we figure out the general scope and nail down a day/time that works, I will email the booking link to confirm your session. Yay, the hard part is over!

Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive an email from me with a link to your digital album. You will be able to view, share and download pictures from your session from there. Feel free to reach out to let me know how you like them!

Start by reviewing my packages and select one that is the best fit for you then click the "Contact Me" button in my website's menu. You'll be prompted to answer a few quick questions then submit your inquiry. Look out for an email from me within 1-2 business days. Make sure to check your spam if you don't see a response!
