There is nothing quite like watching a family just BE together, laughing, chasing, squeezing, and soaking each other in. I fell into this work naturally, and I have never looked back. What drives me is knowing that the gallery you receive isn't just pretty photos. It's a collection of real, unscripted moments that show exactly who your family is right now. I get to create those memories right here in Asheville, surrounded by some of the most stunning natural landscape in the country! No stiff poses, no forced smiles. Just your family, the mountains, and every REAL moment in between.

Your kids don't have to be perfect (and neither do you).

Here's the thing about kids during sessions, when you let them lead, the magic just happens. I use games, silly humor, and a whole lot of going with the flow to get kids feeling comfortable and natural. I give them jobs, let them run wild, and follow right along with whatever they bring to the session.

I know the biggest worry before a session is whether your kids will cooperate or smile naturally, and I'm here to tell you that you can let that go completely. Some of my favorite images have come from the most unexpected, unscripted moments. You don't need perfectly behaved kids. You just need to show up and love on them. I'll take care of everything else.

Simple Steps, Beautiful Results.

Here's how we'll bring your vision to life together.

Meet me at the agreed upon location during your scheduled time and let's do this thing! I will come with plenty of posing ideas, but if you have any favorite poses of your own, have some screenshots pulled up and ready so we can do our best to recreate them. If you're anything like me, you might feel uncomfortable with a camera pointed at you, but I promise to make your session as painless as possible! In fact - it's a personal goal of mine to make it so you're walking back to your car thinking, "dang, that was such a breeze!".

I'll ask some general questions and request information about timing for your session. This is your opportunity to tell me as much as you'd like about your vision for the session - describing the overall vibe, sending a link to your Pinterest board, attaching pictures of color palettes, etc. Any inspiration you share will make it that much easier for me to recreate the vibe you're going for. Once we figure out the general scope and nail down a day/time that works, I will email the booking link to confirm your session. Yay, the hard part is over!

Within 2-3 weeks of your session, you will receive an email from me with a link to your digital album. You will be able to view, share and download pictures from your session from there. Feel free to reach out to let me know how you like them!

Start by reviewing my packages and select one that is the best fit for you then click the "Contact Me" button in my website's menu. You'll be prompted to answer a few quick questions then submit your inquiry. Look out for an email from me within 1-2 business days. Make sure to check your spam if you don't see a response!
